What counts as a conversation?
A continuous session between a visitor and the bot. New message within 30 minutes extends it; after that it counts as a new one.
What if I exceed my plan?
We never cut you off. Overages are billed at $0.012/conversation on Pro. Scale customers have negotiated ceilings.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes — BYOK is available on Free and Pro. Anthropic and OpenAI keys are stored encrypted. You pay the provider directly for usage.
Is there a free starter model?
Yes — every Free plan includes Mevichat Mini, our starter model. No key required. Upgrade to bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key for production workloads.
