We spent two years plugging AI into customer support for companies that could pay for it. Most off-the-shelf options hallucinated under real load, locked customers into expensive per-seat tiers, or left ops teams with no way to audit what the bot said. We built what we wished existed: a grounded, multi-tenant, pay-by-volume platform that an enterprise legal team will sign off on.

Every answer cites its source. Hallucination is a bug, not a feature — we log every miss and fix the retrieval, not the prompt.
Priced on volume, not seats.
You pay for conversations. Unlimited seats, unlimited bots, no per-user tax. Surprise bills are a failure mode we refuse to ship.
Operable by humans.
Every setting has a preview, every escalation has a log, every export has a deadline. If your ops lead can’t debug it from the UI, we haven’t finished the feature.
